Working with a Bioscience SME, we delivered a machine learning model that could predict the solubility of engineered versions of their protein product with >80% accuracy from sequence data alone.
Rationalising Formulation Behaviour
Working with academic partners, we developed molecular-dynamics based modelling methods to predict the structures and properties of drug nanoparticle formulations. The atomic-level resolution of the models gave fresh insights into how the choice of polymer affected drug loading.
